Returns & Postage

**FREE POSTAGE ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA**

Please allow 2 days for processing of your order and another 5 days to receive your package depending on your location and the time your order is put through. We aim to send out every order as as soon as possible so please be patient and if you have any worries please feel free to contact us. For information regarding international shipping please email us to organise the details, depending on your location there will be a cost involved.

We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the garment is in brand new condition with all tags attached. All returns will be thoroughly checked as we have the right to return the item back to you if the item has in fact been worn and damaged due to general wear and tear.

Embellished garments are thoroughly checked before being shipped so we will not accept any returns on these items as it is your responsibility to take extra care on these. Please read care labels before washing items as washed items cannot be returned.

If you simply change your mind or don’t like the style when you receive it then we cannot help you, so please ensure that you purchase the styles you love!

All jewelry pieces are unique and hand made with care so please look after them. If your item does break please email us with the details of what has happened accompanied by pictures and we will be happy to repair it for you. If your piece has broken/smashed due to poor treatment of the product and is not fixable then we will not accept returns as it is your responsibility to take care when wearing your item.
